nMP vs mac mini i5

Hello,

So i work in final cut pro x most of the time, doing vlogs and more, not much of 3D so i have been using my mac mini core i5 and man when it comes to rendering 4min video takes around an hour and the computer is unusable till its done.

So im looking to upgrade to the nMP and i was wondering will i see a huge jump of difference in the quad core or hex core bundle?
